Bakery Chef, also known as a Pastry Chef or Baker, is responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods. These may include bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, pies, and other dessert items.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Baking and Preparation:

- Prepare and bake various items such as bread, cakes, muffins, cookies, and pastries.
- Follow and adapt recipes according to customer preferences or seasonal ingredients.

2. Menu Planning:

- Create new and innovative baked items for the menu.
- Plan and update seasonal or festive bakery items.

3. Quality Control:

- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Ensure all products meet hygiene and quality standards.

4. Inventory and Stock Management:

- Order and manage baking supplies like flour, eggs, sugar, and chocolate.
- Monitor inventory and reduce wastage.

5. Kitchen Hygiene and Safety:

- Ensure cleanliness of workstations and equipment.
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines.

6. Team Coordination (if senior role):

- Supervise and train junior bakers or assistants.
- Assign tasks and manage workflow during busy hours.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:
