**Position: Dessert Maker**
**Location**: Kolkata
- Create high-quality gelato and desserts using traditional methods and innovative techniques.
- Maintain consistency in each batch of desserts produced.
- Develop new organic flavors that showcase the natural goodness of our ingredients.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in all aspects of production.
- Uphold our reputation for excellence in taste and presentation as well as supporting sustainable practices and contributing to our eco-friendly initiatives
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a dessert maker or similar role in the culinary industry.
- Strong knowledge of ingredients, equipment, and production processes.
- Creative flair for developing new flavors and improving existing recipes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of organic sourcing, ingredient selection, and sustainable production methods.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
