A leading culinary Catering establishment in Saudi Arabia, dedicated to providing exceptional dining is looking for SOUS CHEF.
About the Role
The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new menu items.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fine dining establishments.
- Knowledge of international cuisines.
