- Understand and validate the content received from the customer w.r.t Net Promoter Score and its implementation
- Assist in creation of content to fill in gaps and activities
- Delivering VILT / Faculty videos for NPS-related topics.

Job Specification
- Lead and implemented Net Promoter Score system in one or more organisations
- End-to-end implementation from concept to delivery with practical know-how of converting insights to action to business impact
- Delivering VILT / Faculty videos for NPS-related topics.
- Expert in customer experience (CX) and consumer insights with 20+ years of experience in various aspects of CX, marketing research across traditional organisations, new-age digital organisations in the recent past
- Very strong understanding of key aspects of marketing, brand management, consumer insights and other interrelated aspects of marketing
- Experience in delivering online/ offline training sessions in related areas would be a good value addition
- Ability to visualise theoretical constructs/ content and render them into impact narrative
