Kindly Note : Immediate Joiners are preferred .Key Responsibilities :- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring requirements are clearly captured, analyzed, and documented.- Work with stakeholders across Life Insurance and Health Insurance lines of business, covering new business, underwriting, policy servicing, claims, renewals, billing, and reinsurance.- Gather, analyze, and document requirements in the form of BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Use Cases.- Define and document business rules, workflow processes, and data mapping for insurance products and systems.- Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and technical teams to design solutions aligned with regulatory standards.- Participate in UAT planning and execution, ensuring requirements traceability and business acceptance. Required Skills & Experience :- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4+ years in Life & Health Insurance domain.- Strong knowledge of insurance lifecycle.- Understanding of Life Insurance products and Health Insurance products.- Familiarity with insurance regulations.- Hands-on experience with insurance core systems.- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
