**About VENHAN**:

- Ensure the production stability for storage technical environments and

services
- Uphold the excellence for day-to-day storage operation
- Performing the complete Precheck for Hitachi VSP and Netapp.
- Upgrade/revert of the Hitachi VSP, Netapp Controllers or nodes.
- Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
- Have experience/knowledge on Hitachi Management tools - Hitachi Hi
- Command Suite, Hitachi Device Manager, Hitachi Replication Manager, Hitachi

Tuning manager, Hi-Track Monitor, HI-Track FTP relay, SNM2,HORCM CCI (Linux or windows), Netapp management tools.

Updating and maintenance of Availability, Capacity management. - Review of daily/weekly/monthly checklist
- Alert Analysis for the storage array
- Space Utilization Trend Analysis for the storage
- Upgrading the firmware for the Service Processor and Cisco SAN Switches.
- Performance analysis of the storage using OEM tools
- Incident/Request Fulfillment/Change management understanding and involvement
- New aggregate or volume creation and adding disk to an existing aggregate or

volume.
- Diagnostic the complete storage event logs
- Zone administration in the Cisco SAN Switch - Necessary support for restoration of DR drill
- Managing and reconfiguring the True copy/HUR/Delta replication
- Planning and execution of DR Drills using the True copy/HUR/Delta.
- Performance tuning suggest by OEM
- Audit of all the account in the storage.
- Health check summary of the Storage Array. Performance Tunning.
- Front end the Team with customers and handle escalations
- Handle the all priority and major incidents
- Submit the all the required technical and business reports to customer and higher management.
- GAD

**Knowledge -**

At least 5-10 years' experience with Hitach istorage administration
- Good communicate skill
- Good project management skill.
- Knowledgeand experience on Hitachi VSP and Netapp Storage.
- Knowledgeand experience on Cisco SAN Switches.

Knowledgeand experience on Hitachi Replication - TC,HUR Delta

**Exp: 12-15 Years**

**NP: 30**
**Location: Mumbai-BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex)**

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
