About the Role
Activities include test planning, gathering requirements, Status reporting, Test Design, Test Scoping, Test execution, Defect Management, etc.
In addition, role is also involved in supporting BVT activities for GPP.
What will your day look like?
Test management of Manual and Automation testing activities for Payments Assets
- Manage the delivery of UAT plan by addressing any issues, risks and changes which emerge during testing and ensure deliverables are met as per the project plan
- Develop/Review test plans working with Test Analysts, Product Owner, and Release Lead ensuring established standards and guidelines are followed to meet the highest level of quality
- Review and maintain RTM, test cases and test scripts from Product development specification document
- Contribute to establishment of best practices for testing
- Provide management with reports on problem resolutions and test progress
- Coordinate with cross functional teams from Business, Technology and Vendors and ensure that changes being introduced into live environment are tested efficiently
- Ensure any risk associated with the agreed test strategy and the test plan are clearly documented and communicated with senior stakeholders
- Manage the defect tracking and resolution process
- Prepare Phase Test Plan and Phase Test Summary Report
- Manage the post Go Live warranty support, prepare/review incident analysis report and take necessary action on defect misses, if any

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

- Strong experience in Payments domain
- 6 - 8 years of Software testing domain experience
- Extensive exposure to all phases of Software Testing Life cycle is a must.
- Strong experience in handling end to end Test management in complex projects
- Hands on knowledge in implementing and using Test Metrics and KPIs in projects
- Advanced skills required in stakeholder engagement, verbal / written communication, presentation skills
- Able to build strong, open & collaborative working relationships
- Able to innovate and continuously implement process improvement initiatives
- Advanced level hands on knowledge on Test Management tools, Jira, Confluence
