Job Description:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Agile Product Owner to join our team and play a crucial role in developing new client journey capabilities, enhancing customer experience, and driving client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. To develop new client journey capabilities, improve client experience, promote client engagement, and drive client satisfaction over a unified systematic and functional view of the digital journeys.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, and business stakeholders, to enhance customer experience and deliver innovative digital solutions.
  3. Using tools like ADO to own and manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on business value, and ensure seamless delivery in an Agile environment.
  4. Constantly take feedback, iterate and improve platform and its adoption.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. A strong background in retail banking, digital channels, and Agile product management, with expertise in mobile banking, internet banking, and customer experience enhancement.
  2. 8-10 years of experience and proven knowledge in customer interaction channels, especially Mobile Banking, Online Banking, Human-Assisted Advisory platforms or any other digital channels or devices.
  3. 8-10 years of experience in Agile as a Product Owner (or a similar role), strong skills of maintaining and prioritizing a backlog.
  4. Having experience working with Martech tools such as Adobe Experience Platform, PEGA RTIM, Adobe AEM, Apps Flyer and WordPress would be a plus.
  5. Deep understanding of industry trends and client needs, ability to create a value proposition and a squad vision.
  6. Demonstrated track record of leading teams to deliver objectives.
  7. Previously coached and mentored team members with regular feedback sessions.
  8. Previously defined product requirements and development roadmap based on functional expertise.
  9. Strong communication skills to synchronize tasks, clarify requirements and delivery expectations with stakeholders.

Processes:

  1. Closely aligns squad OKRs & KPIs with stakeholders and senior management, ensures these objectives and targets are well understood and aligned to the nature of your product.
  2. Communicates and embeds the OKRs and KPIs into every aspect of the product life cycle.
  3. Identifies and maps the data sources required to validate and measure the performance of the features.
  4. Performs post implementation review with squad, defines measurement windows and prepares necessary data & metrics.
  5. Ensures the data is made available for analytics through collaboration with analytics & data technology teams.
  6. Continuously monitors dashboards and reports to feed product discovery sprints.
