We are seeking a skilled Counselling Manager to lead our team of counselors and support students in achieving their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and guidance for students through undergraduate admissions processes
  • Personalized student journey strategy and advice on subject selection, testing, university shortlisting, and long-term planning
  • Review and feedback on application components, including personal statements, SOPs, LORs, essays, resumes, and forms
  • Mentorship for complex student cases, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Team management and mentorship, ensuring consistency and timely communication
