Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Learning Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver engaging digital learning content that enhances the employability journey of international students. You will work closely with our content, product, and partnerships teams to create impactful learning experiences through online courses, interactive modules, and multimedia resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop digital learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, and interactive resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and the partnerships team to translate employability content into engaging online learning experiences.
  • Manage the end-to-end learning design process, from needs analysis and storyboarding to development and delivery.
  • Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and user-friendliness in all learning content.
  • Use instructional design best practices and learning technologies (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Canva, LMS platforms).
  • Continuously evaluate and improve learning content based on student and university partner feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in instructional design, digital learning, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of e-learning authoring tools and multimedia design software.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging content.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with employability, higher education, or student-focused content (preferred).
