About the Team

The Total Rewards team is part of the People & Purpose (P&P) organisation, and we partner with key stakeholders in Payroll, People Operations, Finance, Business Lines and Global Employee Communications to deliver great programs and a lasting impact on Workmates.

As a Total Rewards Partner - India, you will play a key role in building and implementing the compensation and benefits strategy and philosophy that will impact Workday’s most important asset - our people.

Your role will directly shape the positioning in providing competitive and innovative benefit programs to our workmates in India.

About You

Benefits
- Manage vendors and programs to develop and deliver engaging and cost-effective benefits.
- Evaluate benefit trends and identify new and innovative offerings. Develop and recommend new or modified plans, programs and policies as needed.
- Manage benefits offering to ensure effective alignment to Workday’s strategic direction.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Workday culture and translate this knowledge into thoughtful benefits program recommendations and identification of opportunities.
- Ongoing program management of various benefits programs
- Provide guidance to Benefits team, shared services, and third-party vendors on benefits and industry trends.
- Ensure benefit designs, programs and vendor partnerships comply with federal, state, and local laws and requirements.

Compensation
- Ability to support global teams while operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment across different time zones and regions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a matrix organization to deliver optimal solutions and results
- Experience in leading large-scale projects with heavy change management requirements
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills

Total Rewards
- Partner with consultants and internal team to develop Workday’s overall Total Reward strategy.
- Represent Workday at Industry events and amongst our peer companies

Our Approach to Flexible Work
