Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving transformation and innovation in our People department.

This is a hybrid compensation and benefits role located in Pune, India, focused on supporting the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures in India. The role may also have the opportunity to support other countries in the APAC region.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in related fields, with expertise in short and long-term incentive plan design, managing benefits in India, including health, retirement, risk insurance, and leaves. They should also have experience using Workday and working in a global SaaS company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting competitive pay analyses, modeling complex global analyses and proposals, providing internal support for the People team on all issues related to the application of our compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring our pay and benefits programs are competitive with the market while maintaining internal equity.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in related fields

  • Expertise managing benefits in India, including health, retirement, risk insurance, and leaves
  • Experience using Workday
