**Inside Sales Representative Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations over the phone or through video calls to educate prospects about the company’s offerings and how they can benefit.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers by providing timely follow-ups, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product features, services, and market trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets consistently by closing deals and securing new accounts.
- **CRM Management**: Log interactions and track sales activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to monitor sales progress, document customer information, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
- **Market Research**: Identify market trends, competitors, and opportunities for expanding customer outreach or improving sales strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure smooth sales processes and optimal customer satisfaction.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues or objections, and provide timely solutions to foster long-term relationships.

Pay: ₹15,615.37 - ₹20,461.55 per month
