- **Assisting with check-in and check-out**: Helping guests with the check-in and check-out processes
- **Providing information**: Offering information about the hotel's services, facilities, and local attractions
- **Handling guest inquiries**: Responding to guest requests and inquiries, including special arrangements and room preferences
- **Managing appointments**: Managing appointments
- **Answering phones**: Taking phone calls
- **Billing**: Handling billing
- **Solving complaints**: Addressing any possible complaints
- **Maintaining records**: Keeping updated records of bookings, payments, and guests
- **Managing mail or deliveries**: Managing mail or deliveries
- **Overseeing security**: Sometimes overseeing basic security or access control
- **Collaborating with housekeeping**: Working with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and tidy
- **Processing cancellations and modifications**: Processing cancellations and modifications, and relaying this information to the front desk
- **Processing advance deposits**: Processing advance deposits on reservations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
