- Knowledge and Experience of Tally
- Capable to prepare financial statements
- Handle administrative functions
- Manage and Maintain files, documents, records, Registers, office equipment, office premises
- Handle office keys
- Submit Daily, Fortnightly and Monthly MIS
- Handle office based engagements and branch administration
- Coordinate internal and external calls, video calls, communication and be involved
- Provide support in administration interface and to accounts team where required
- Communicate with employees and clients as per instruction
- Inter Branch internal coordination and documentation
- maintenance of admin records and trackers
- software tool updation
