**FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR**

We are searching for an experienced financial administrator. An Accounts Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring accurate financial records, and maintaining compliance with financial policies. Key responsibilities include Process invoices, payments, and receipts, Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies, Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments, Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations, Ensure all banking activities are correctly posted, Assist in the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, P&L statements, etc.), Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review, Maintain general ledger and accounting records, Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, Monitor expenditure against the approved budget and report any variances, Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, Maintain and improve internal financial controls and processes, Maintain and update financial databases and records, Handle petty cash, bank deposits, and cash management, Assist in other administrative duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIERD**:

- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role.(5 years experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Good knowledge of statutory regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work time: 10am - 5:30pm

**Salary**: 12000 - 20000

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
