
Accounts & Admin Executive

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts**:
- Manage daily accounting operations using accounting software, preferably Zoho Books.
- Assist in monthly and annual closing of books and preparation of financial statements.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
- Support GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with auditors and consultants for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, particularly for project-based costing.
- Assist with SEZ and other regulatory compliance, documentation, and coordination.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
- Prepare monthly reports, including expense summaries and income statements.
- Support the finance team during audits and tax assessments.
- Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
**Administration**:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requirements.
- Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related services.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Oversee office supply management and liaise with Management and HR.
- Support HR activities, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and addressing employee queries.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and administrative data.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting and/or office administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Zoho Books.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of taxation and statutory regulations.
- Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective time management skills.
