- Supervise and coordinate ashram activities, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as record-keeping, inventory management, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with staff, volunteers, and external stakeholders to address operational needs.
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects and activities within the ashram.
- Ensure compliance with policies and maintain a disciplined, professional work environment.
- Address and resolve any issues related to residents, staff, or ashram operations promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office administration or operations management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of computer operations.
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.
- A compassionate attitude and commitment to humanitarian service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
