The Office Administrator will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, a high degree of empathy, and attention to detail, as the role supports both the operational and outreach functions of the Ashram.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and coordinating office supplies.
- Oversee filing systems, maintain resident records, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- **Financial and Resource Management**:

- Assist in maintaining financial records, including petty cash, donations, and expenses.
- Coordinate with the finance team to process invoices, donations, and receipts.
- Maintain an inventory of office and resident supplies, ensuring timely restocking and procurement.
- **Human Resources Assistance**:

- Support HR in coordinating staff schedules, maintaining attendance records, and assisting in recruitment efforts.
- Prepare staff documentation, assist in onboarding new employees, and manage personnel files.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries, providing guidance on internal procedures and policies.
- **Operational Coordination**:

- Coordinate with different departments to support day-to-day activities, including resident care, facilities maintenance, and event planning.
- Help manage logistics for community outreach, workshops, and training programs.
- Maintain communication with external vendors and service providers to facilitate smooth operations.
- **Event and Program Support**:

- Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and special programs at the Ashram.
- Coordinate guest visits, corporate CSR activities, and volunteer programs.
- Prepare reports and documentation for events and programs, ensuring alignment with Ashram’s mission and values.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
