Job description:
**Job Title**: Customer Success Associate
**Location**: Saket, New Delhi
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound calls address customer queries.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate details.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets related to customer service metrics.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance, and quality standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum **12th pass / Graduate** in any discipline (with good in mathematics)
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi/regional language as per requirement).
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
