Role Overview : Customer Success Associate
We are looking for
Customer Success Associates
to join our growing team in India. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our global customers, ensuring successful onboarding, smooth adoption, and continued value realization from the Track3D platform. You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Implementation team, and Product team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Training
Support onboarding sessions and assist customers in setting up and using the Track3D platform.
Conduct training sessions, prepare how-to guides, and respond to customer queries.
Adoption & Engagement
Monitor customer usage and adoption metrics, ensuring consistent engagement.
Identify early warning signals for churn and proactively work on re-engagement.
Support & Issue Resolution
Act as the first line of support for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating to Product/Tech teams where necessary.
Ensure timely responses and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Value Delivery & Feedback Loop
Work with CSMs to document success criteria and track progress against them.
Capture customer feedback and insights to share with Product and Customer Success teams.
Collaboration & Documentation
Maintain customer interaction logs, usage updates, and support tickets.
Coordinate internally with Implementation, Processing, and Tech teams to ensure timely deliverables.
What We’re Looking For :
1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or related roles in SaaS / technology companies (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
Exposure to construction technology, SaaS platforms, or enterprise clients is a plus.
