**Role Requirements**:
i. Be the primary point of contact for all the L2 travel & expense query.

ii. Handle L2 Visa and Travel arrangements.

iii. Arrange all domestic and international travel.

iv. Arrange end to end Travel arrangements for employees when required - Transportation and hotel.

v. Research and compare available travel and hotel accommodations to identify best option available

vi. Negotiate on best rates every time there is a travel occurrence

vii. Handling all incoming travel requests and processes that follow after.

viii. Getting Approval from (required department) before finalizing booking.

ix. Prepare travel itineraries and distributes travel arrangements and schedules to all appropriate staff

x. Maintaining a record of all the travel taking place.

xi. Managing emergency changes/ cancellation.

xii. Processes reimbursements for travel expenses.

xiii. Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Skills Required**:
i. Hands-on experience with domestic and international travel regulations, customs, and currencies.

ii. Experience of flights and hotels booking.

iii. Good command of English, written and spoken.

iv. Good understanding of MS-Office.

v. Experience in Travel & Expense.

**Salary**: ₹16,437.85 - ₹30,669.90 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Gurugram - 122002, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
