Role Description

As a Concierge Executive, you will primarily support the team in assisting the in managing member requests and delivering high-quality, personalized services. Job Responsibilities


• Support the lifestyle team in handling day-to-day member requests such as restaurant bookings, travel arrangements, gifting, event ticketing, and deliveries.


• Assist in curating and coordinating unique lifestyle experiences as per member preferences.


• Maintain accurate member data and service updates in the CRM system.


• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.


• Help resolve service-related issues through proper follow-up and coordination.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively and deliver bespoke solutions
  • Experience in customer service, luxury lifestyle management, or concierge services
  • A deep understanding of global luxury lifestyle trends, with a professional and polished approach
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a commitment to excellence
  • Proficiency in time management, planning, and prioritization of tasks efficiently
  • Flexibility to meet client requests and deliver solutions in a high-pressure environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
  • Possess min of 6 months - 1 year of experience in Front Office/ F&B/Concierge
  • Excellent written & oral communication - fluent English a MUST. Other languages are advantageous.
  • Exposure to working with executives, senior professionals, or VIP clients is preferred.
  • Passionate about the luxury lifestyle, travel, and hospitality domain.
  • Strong coordination, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
