Description:Job Title: Senior Manager /AVP Brand Alliances & Partnerships BDAbout - Vouchagram India Private Limited (brand name - GyFTR)Vouchagram is a fintech solutions provider in the digital rewards and branded currencies space.Across its 13-year run, VG has redefined loyalty rewards across consumer, channel, retail, petrol, banking, and BFSI space.GyFTR (Vouchagram India Pvt.Ltd.) is Indias leading digital gifting, rewards, and loyalty platform, enabling instant issuance and redemption of gift vouchers and prepaid solutions.We work with top brands across industries to create impactful customer and employee engagement experiences.We are one of the largest networks of rewards with 250 + partner brand associations, 300 + clients, and servicing the top 14 banks in the country, driving rewards disbursements worth INRF 4000 Crores annually.A Digital Voucher gets sent from VGs proprietary technology every 2 seconds With our edge in white-label rewards solutions and APIs, we aspire to change the way alternate digital currencies like e-vouchers and loyalty points, etc, are consumed by our customers.VG ecosystem connects the brand partners, clients, customers, and VG concierge services in real-time to provide instant reward deliveries following our mantra that reward delayed as an experience is reward denied.As a young organisation, we still thrive in a start-up culture where work and after-work life are equally valued and enjoyed.Our employee surveys rate us as one of the most jovial and fun places to work, which motivates employees to look forward to coming to work and delivering their best Role Overview:We are looking for a strategic and results-driven AVP Brand Alliances & Partnerships to lead the onboarding of new brands onto the GyFTR platform and to drive expansion into new and emerging categories.This role is critical to strengthening our value proposition and broadening our brand portfolio across retail, lifestyle, travel, entertainment, and beyond.Key Responsibilities:Brand Onboarding;- Identify, approach, and onboard new brands to the GyFTR platform, aligning with our core and emerging business categories.- Build and present compelling partnership proposals tailored to brand objectives.- Drive end-to-end partnership lifecyclefrom outreach and commercial negotiation to contract signing and onboarding.Category Expansion:- Explore and evaluate new categories and sectors with potential for digital gifting and rewards.- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform category strategy.- Develop a category-wise acquisition roadmap in collaboration with internal stakeholders.Stakeholder & Relationship Management- Build and manage strong relationships with brand partners at senior levels.- Serve as a key point of contact for strategic discussions, new initiatives, and ongoing Coordination- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless partner onboarding and launch.- Ensure timely execution of deliverables such as product setup, asset integration, and brand visibility.Commercial & Strategic Execution- Lead commercial negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.- Monitor partner performance and category contribution; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: 6 - 10 years in Business Development, Brand Alliances, or Strategic Partnerships in sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, loyalty, retail, or digital platforms.- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of brand dynamics, digital products, gift cards, and/or loyalty ecosystems.- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.- Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Proven ability to lead commercial conversations and close deals.- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive category expansion.- Cross-functional Leadership: Experience in working with tech/product/operations for partner implementation.Why Join GyFTR?- Work with Indias most trusted digital rewards and gifting platform.- Be at the forefront of innovation in the loyalty and engagement space.- Take ownership of building a diverse, high-impact brand portfolio (ref:iimjobs.com)
