ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide assistance with product inquiries, order tracking, and general support
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Provide excellent communication in English and Hindi to effectively assist customers
- Contribute to creating a positive and friendly work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team targets
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 01 year of experience in Customer Service (BPO), Call-center or a similar role
- Freshers with Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Available to join immediately and work from the office (WFO)

SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi languages
- Energetic and loud personality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and active listening abilities.
