**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Racking & Warehouse Automation

**Location**: Bangalore

**Position Overview**:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our racking systems to new and existing clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to understand and convey technical product information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the racking industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their storage needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our racking systems.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote products and generate leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the racking, warehousing, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of racking systems and storage solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
