We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will thrive on building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals through a consultative and client-centric approach.
Role Description
- Conduct day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, networking, and closing deals.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
