What You'll Do
- Achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Maximize transaction value through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain and engage a database of key customers with regular follow-ups.
- Handle queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Support visual merchandising, floor planning, and stock placement.
- Monitor focal points and seasonal displays to drive footfall & conversions.
- Submit actionable daily/weekly sales reports.
- Track stock movement and highlight replenishment needs.
- Suggest strategies to attract new customers and support business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Experience:
3–6 years in retail sales (home decor, lifestyle, or luxury brands preferred). - Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Mindset:
Proactive, result-oriented, and passionate about design and interiors. - Bonus:
Visual merchandising knowledge and team leadership experience.
