Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru North for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and supporting existing customers. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, explaining product features, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales. Additionally, the Telesales Executive will work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support
  • Proven Sales skills and ability to close deals
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle customer complaints
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or telesales is preferred
