Job Title: Telesales Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Yelahanka, Bengaluru

Job Description:Are you passionate about real estate and skilled in communication? Join our team as a Tele Caller and be a crucial part of our dynamic real estate company. We welcome both freshers and experienced individuals who are fluent in English and Kannada. Proficiency in any other South Indian languages will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate properties.

Provide information about available properties, pricing, and other relevant details.

Follow up with leads generated through various channels to convert them into clients.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the database.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns effectively

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.

Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Previous experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Knowledge of additional South Indian languages is an advantage.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
