Ravishing Retreat LLP is seeking an experienced and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore. If you have over 1 year of experience in telesales and are passionate about achieving sales targets, this is an excellent opportunity for you. You will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers through cold calling, promoting our products/services, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting our products and services.
- Identify client needs, provide tailored solutions, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Follow up on leads, engage with prospects, and maintain an effective sales pipeline.
- Manage client queries and provide detailed information to facilitate decision-making.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Handle objections, provide effective solutions, and close sales.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in tele sales, cold calling, or a similar sales role.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently speak with potential clients.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Prior experience in cold calling and handling objections effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
