**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a highly motivated **Sales & Operations Executive** who is passionate about telesales and driven to succeed. This role is ideal for freshers eager to learn and grow in sales and operations while working directly with the founder.
**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ Engage with potential customers over calls, explain products/services, and close sales.
✔ Handle daily sales operations and track customer interactions.
✔ Work closely with the founder to implement and refine sales strategies.
✔ Provide excellent customer support and resolve inquiries effectively.
✔ Adapt and learn new techniques to improve sales performance.
**Requirements**:
Must be based in **Bangalore**.
**Fluency in Kannada & English** is mandatory.
Passion for **telesales** and customer interactions.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to grow.
Basic knowledge of sales processes is a plus (but not required).
Pay: ₹9,346.05 - ₹31,564.40 per month
