
Telesales Executive

**Conduct High-Quality Outbound Calls**:
- Engage with prospects or existing customers using persuasive communication skills.
- Drive lead generation, product promotions, or service outreach initiatives with clear KPIs.
- **Handle Inbound Queries with Professionalism**:
- Address incoming calls, resolve concerns, and convert inquiries into actionable outcomes.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during interactions.
- **Manage CRM and Call Logs Efficiently**:
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and customer feedback using CRM tools.
- Track lead status and report progress consistently to supervisors.
- **Follow-up and Nurture Leads Strategically**:
- Implement effective follow-up strategies to re-engage cold or dormant leads.
- Use industry knowledge and product understanding to tailor conversations to each lead.
- **Meet and Exceed Performance Targets**:
- Consistently achieve call volume, conversion, and revenue goals.
- Demonstrate accountability for individual and team KPIs.
- **Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams**:
- Provide feedback from customer conversations to help shape future campaigns and messaging.
- Align with the sales team on lead quality, pipeline status, and target markets.
- **Adapt to Campaigns and Script Changes Quickly**:
- Adjust to dynamic campaign strategies and update call scripts based on performance and feedback.
- **Handle Objections and Escalations Confidently**:
- Navigate challenging conversations with professionalism.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff with context and proposed solutions.
- **Ensure Compliance and Quality Standards**:
- Follow company policies, data privacy regulations, and call quality standards.
- Participate in periodic training and audits.
- **Mentor Junior Telecallers (Optional for Senior Profiles)**:
- Assist in onboarding, training, and guiding new team members.
- Share best practices and contribute to team improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
