Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive – Villa Projects

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and handle walk-ins, inquiries, and site visits for villa projects.
  • Present project details, pricing, and company's unique model to potential clients.
  • Follow up with leads and convert prospects into confirmed clients.
  • Support in marketing campaigns and events for project promotion.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in villa project sales (freshers with strong interest may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
