Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive
to join our growing

team.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in understanding

their requirements and aligning them with the best property options.


Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential property buyers.

Qualify leads generated via marketing campaigns, property portals, and other

channels.

Understand client requirements and provide relevant property options.

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain and update CRM tools with client details and interaction logs.

Support the sales team with pre-meeting briefs, market data, and property insights.

Build rapport with customers and nurture leads until they are sales-ready.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Key Requirements

1–3 years of experience in pre-sales/inside sales, preferably in real estate or a B2C

sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English mandatory).

Comfortable with cold calling and client interactions.

Knowledge of real estate trends and local property markets is a plus.

Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic reporting.

Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
