We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative for UniPro, a Uniform Manufacturing and Distribution Company. The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate billing and shipping information.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers or situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
