We are seeking a dedicated and efficient **Female Customer Support Representative** from **Bangalore** to join our team. As a **Customer Support Representative **responsible for Customer Address Confirmation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will involve calling customers and verifying their addresses before shipping out the products. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be vital to succeed in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers via phone to verify shipping addresses and ensure accuracy in the information provided.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone while conversing with customers to create a positive experience.
- Update and manage customer information in the database accurately.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Resolve customer queries related to order shipment, address changes, or any other related concerns.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to address any shipment-related issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data recording.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls effectively.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in local languages and a good command of English.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
