To support our rapidly expanding user base, we're looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team.

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at Uniprep, you will be the first point of contact for students and jobseekers using our platform. Your role is to ensure every learner feels supported, informed, and empowered on their career journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with clarity and professionalism.
  • Guide users through Uniprep's features including resume builder, employer network, and job application tools.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and collaborate with the product team to escalate bugs or feature requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of user interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Provide prompt, friendly support that enhances user satisfaction and retention.
  • Educate customers about new features, updates, and best practices for success on Uniprep.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, support, or a helpdesk role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to turn user problems into positive experiences.
