**Experience Required**: 6 months to 2 years in FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce (field role preferred)
**Qualification**: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred but not mandatory)

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and field-oriented **Store Alliance Executive** to join our team. The role involves daily market visits to onboard retail stores onto the Big Basket platform, ensure smooth activation, and maintain strong relationships with store partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily field visits to pitch Big Basket’s partnership model to retail store owners.
- Explain the benefits of the business model and drive sign-ups as per company guidelines.
- Handle basic documentation and partner agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (branding and operations) for seamless store activation.
- Ensure stores meet branding and display compliance standards.
- Maintain healthy partner relations and resolve day-to-day operational concerns.
- Monitor store performance and share insights with internal stakeholders.
- Submit regular reports and updates using the assigned systems or formats.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce field roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with daily fieldwork.
- Ability to manage store-level partnerships and resolve on-ground issues.Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
