Key Responsibilities:
**Sales Data Management**:

- Collect and compile sales data from various retail channels, including in-store and online transactions.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales data by reconciling discrepancies.

**Sales Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, best-selling products, and customer preferences.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance for different product categories and store locations.

**Customer Insights**:

- Analyze customer data to identify purchasing patterns, demographics, and preferences.
- Provide recommendations based on customer insights to enhance the customer experience.

**Operational Efficiency**:

- Collaborate with store managers and staff to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Provide data-driven insights to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

**Reporting and Visualization**:

- Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports using tools like Excel and Bi.
- Present data and analysis to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

**Data Integrity and Security**:

- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of all data collected and managed.
- Implement measures to protect sensitive customer and business information.

**Process Automation**:

- Identify opportunities to automate routine data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to provide data support for their respective functions.
- Assist in generating insights that drive strategic decisions across departments.
