**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and execute **BTL marketing campaigns**, including mall activations, roadshows, society events, and in-store activities.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of **jewelry exhibitions** (venue booking, logistics, branding, display setup, vendor coordination, etc.).
- Work closely with the **store and marketing team** to understand target demographics and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Ensure on-ground team coordination and brand representation during events.
- Track ROI and submit post-event reports and analysis.
- Build a local network of vendors, event agencies, and collaborators.
- Identify new local opportunities for brand presence and promotion.
- Minimum **2-3 years of core experience in BTL & exhibition activities**, preferably in the **retail jewelry/fashion/luxury sector**.
- Strong local market knowledge and vendor contacts.
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, and execution skills.
- Should be **based locally** and well-versed with local culture and consumer behavior.
- Energetic, presentable, and customer-oriented approach.
- **Age: Below 35 years**

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: As per industry standards + Incentives (if applicable)
**Joining**: Immediate preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
