Build & maintain monthly BTL Activation Calendar/plan for the team.
- Conceptualizing & driving BTL activations for the brand With monthly offers & Schemes
- Identify & sourcing the prospects (Corporate/RWA/Mall/Retailers, etc.) for conducting the camp/event.
- Planning and implementing marketing strategies to increase attendance at camp/event.
- Leads Generation through offline activations - Leads Generation Target.
- Analyse & maintain the effectiveness report of each campaign.
- Travel frequently for activities.
- Leads execution of camp according to budget and timelines
- Manages Product/Clinic launch event/campaign and serves as cross-functional point-person across marketing, NCO, SCM & Clinic Operation.
- Implement Brand Consumer Programs - Experiential, Promotional and In Clinic Retail Marketing.
- Regular meet with other Brand distributors to discuss collateral placement and other.
- Regular meeting with Sales Team, ZCH, CH & Regional Heads to take the input/feedback for monthly planning.
- Preparing required MIS.
- Competition analysis to understand the new trends in the market.
- Excellent Communication with written & Oral English, Proficiency in MS office i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Developing a site plan for each event.
- Managing a team of event staff.
