**Purpose of the Job Role**
- Lead and develop the Marketing team to consistently deliver agreed targets and services.
- Ensure Market Reach, Augmentation and penetration at relevant potential markets.
- Ensure optimized performance of the Marketing team through motivation and bonding.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Search, Evaluate, Plan, & Execution of opportunistic events, sponsorship opportunities for branding & Promotions.
- Planning and Execution of below the line (BTL) marketing activities such as visibility creation, marketing campaigns, Free Sampling activities.
- Over seeing execution of BTL activities from the marketing executives in the assigned areas.
- Maintain Media Calendar, and related budgets & payments for the same.
- Closely work with marketing team, get update yourself with DR (Daily Work Report) on daily basis and review and give suggestion/improvement if required of your respective team members.
- Ensure to achieve monthly targets for self and respective team.
- Make sure all team members are attending all corporate trainings and execute the same on regular interval.
- Overseeing development of marketing literature through coordination between internal and external stockholders.
- Ensure efficient communication of marketing activities to sales team.
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, offers & activities and other relevant information form marketing strategies and inform to management about the same.
- Tracks all marketing data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to management.
- Adjusts and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
- Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
- Responsible for Inventory of Marketing Material, and allocation of the same as per set guidelines
- Monthly MIS on various areas of marketing function of the organization

- Stock Replenishment
- New empanelment for BTL Activities.
- Team Productivity and Discipline.

**Eligibility criteria**
- MBA Marketing from a reputed institute
- A very strong regional language and must understanding of English language.
- Must have 4 to 5 years of Pharma/OTC/Medical/Retail background.
- Good communication skills in English and regional language
- Strong capability to adapt to necessary changes, and to lead changes
- Able to work under pressure, deliver results and observe deadline.
- Be independent and firm, at same time a team player.
- Pro-active in liaising with the senior managers, regional and Corporate Finance Office.
- Hands-on with day-to
- day operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
