**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients to understand their needs and offering personalized jewelry recommendations.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the jewelry products, including design, materials, and pricing, to offer expert advice to customers.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Assist with the display and organization of jewelry to ensure an attractive and organized store layout.
- **Customer Relations**: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- **Sales Transactions**: Process sales transactions accurately, including handling payments and providing receipts.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing stock levels, and help with inventory checks to ensure products are well-stocked and displayed.
- **Promotions & Marketing**: Promote seasonal sales, promotions, and new arrivals to customers to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and report customer feedback to improve the store’s offerings and services.
- **Store Maintenance**: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail, fashion, or jewelry.
- Strong interest in jewelry and fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple customers.
- Strong sales skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
