Job Summary:
As a Retail Sales Officer at Titan, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be working closely with the engineering team to understand the technical aspects of our products and effectively communicate them to customers. Your main goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Process sales transactions using POS systems
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with the engineering team to stay updated on product knowledge
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Knowledge of jewellery and gemstones is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
