Position: Full-Time
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Officer. As a Retail Sales Officer, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in our retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the retail industry and current market trends
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
