**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to encourage purchases.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
- Participate in promotional activities and upselling initiatives to maximise sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (multilingual/bilingual).
- Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation effectively.
- Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage, particularly in upselling techniques.
