**Responsibilities**:
**To manage all Gas Stations located in Bangalore On a daily basis**

**He should have good customer relationship**

**orders stock and interacts with vendors delivering goods.**

**creating the employees schedule, training new employees,supervising daily activities and handling disputes between employees and customers.**

**Create reports, showing the daily and monthly sales.**

**Reports the employees time sheets to the human resources department so that everyone is paid on time.**

**To recruit new employees and handles the interview process when necessary.**

**Coached and trained employees on specific duties and procedures to uphold and maintain company quality standards.**

**Controlled the inventory of spare parts and fuel, and completed all**

**purchase requisitions on time; restocked and organized inventory items on a regular basis.**
