**Roles and Responsibilities**

EV Charging Infr Ops & Maintenance

1. Visual Inspection of Charging station.

2. Ensure basic hygiene and maintenance checks as recommended.

3. Prepare a detailed report with supporting documents and pictures/videos of each visit.

4. Respond to complaints received and resolve as per the timelines set.

5. Electrical equipment checks and repair for minor issues like loose connection, sim replacement, vents cleaning, and forecasting for any major incident based on visual inspections of current situations.

6. Check all parameters for normal functioning of the station as per checklist provided.

7. Prepare and submit reports of all kinds of maintenance activity that is done at each charging station to the reporting manager in the format as required.

8. Assess the condition of the charging station and based on the condition, report or raise a request for any additional measures that needs to be taken for increasing uptime, to your reporting manager.

9. Random visits to the charging stations.

10. Engaging and helping customers with the charging queries if required, when you are at a charging station.

11. Maintenance of Energy Meter readings & relevant maintenance.

12. Coordination with state electricity board in case of disconnection, voltage phase issues and end to end payment clearance & bill receiving’s.

13. Ensure normal operations of CCTV, Charger, Structure & other equipment installed at site.

14. Physical verification of assets with Asset Tagging & Geo Tagging.
