**AM/DM - IT Infra (Cloud)**

**Key Result Areas**

**(Primary Responsibilities)**:
**Overview**:
As an IT Infra & Cloud Solution Architect, Handle Project Delivery & Solutioning primarily focus on IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Network (LAN, WAN) to support Digital transformation Journey with a focus on Architecting, Solution and Delivery (Timelines & Cost Mgmt.)

**Responsibilities**:
**Projects**
- Drive & dedication on overall IT Infrastructure Projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of IT Infrastructure for all Projects.
- Work with other IT Leaders/Functions (BRM TEAM) to gather requirements, define Scope & Service Level Agreements.
- Solutioning, Sizing, Design & Deployment of New IT Infrastructure Solutions for all Projects
- Post go-live hand-over to IT Infra sustenance teams.
- Engagement with IT Vendor/Partners
- Adherence to IT Service Levels.
- Project reporting on Daily/Weekly basis to IT Infra Lead/HOD

**Infra & Cloud (Process & Governance)**
- Act as a Catalyst, work with IT Infra, Applications, Network and Cloud Teams both (internal & external) to understand requests and enable appropriate solutions.
- Maintain &review IT Infra Landscape, propose changes, and work with sustenance teams to facilitate technical break / fixes.
- Define appropriate IT usage Policies, Procedure & Guidelines Documents (SOP) for Infra hosting on Cloud.
- Ability to Prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
- Align to IT Infra Strategy, Roadmap executes and provides advisory support to the IT teams based on Business requirements.
- Play a key role in reviewing the IT Infra technology landscape and perform logical comparison of options to build & host Infra Landscape, recommendation for all Business-Critical Applications hosted on Cloud/on-premises.
- Cloud/Infra Cost Analysis and Optimization
- Drive & Deliver Digital transformations (DX) initiatives.
- Adoption of Cloud platforms by conducting/ assisting Architecture reviews and redesign wherever needed.
- Deliver Change Management related to Cloud/Infra/Network, Project Management, Vendor Management
- Accountable for handling the existing/New IT technology landscape.

**Cloud Skills (mandatory)**

**Cloud Architecture and Design: (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS)**
- Lead the design and architecture of Azure cloud solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.

**Landing Zone**:

- Oversee the implementation and deployment of the Landing Zone infrastructure, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards. (Azure Firewall, WAF, IDS/IPS, DDOS etc)

**Cloud Migration**:
**Security and Compliance**:

- Implement robust security measures and best practices in line with industry standards to safeguard cloud resources and data. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

**Hands on experience deploying Platform as Services (PAAS) Solution**:

- Application Gateway, API Management Services, Application Load Balancer, Web Apps, Managed SQL Instances etc.

**Performance Optimization**:

- Optimize the performance of Azure resources by analyzing utilization, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing efficiency improvements.

**Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**:

- Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles and tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources using PowerShell scripts.

**Troubleshooting and Support**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for cloud-related issues, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.

**Cost Optimization**:

- Monitor Cloud costs and identify opportunities to optimize resource usage and reduce overall cloud expenditures.

**Backup and Disaster Recovery**:

- Implement robust backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data resilience and business continuity.

**Cloud Governance**:

- Establish and enforce cloud governance policies, including access controls, resource tagging, and budget tracking.
- Design, justify and develop ROI for new technology implementation.

**Documentation**:
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles

**Specialized Knowledge**:

- Cloud Hosting for SAP S4Hana, Non-SAP,.Net, Cloud Native Applications and various other workloads.
- Excellent Project Management PMI & communica
